PURCHASING POLICY
Upon completing your commission form, a verification email will be sent to you. Diego Montalivet will send you the artwork within 15 - 30 days after placing the order. When your artwork has shipped, you will be sent an email shipping notification that includes the delivery tracking number, if applicable. Payments; E-commerce payment processor; Payments are made through a third party payment processor and payment processing is subject to the third party's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Diego Montalivet, through the payment processor, the full amount charged.
Customer complaints; If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you must notify me within 5 days of receiving your delivery by email at contact@diegomontalivet.com
